Naturally transparent behind the scenes – Step by step to a premium nutrient:
1. Station: Einwiegen & Sieben
The production process begins with the careful weighing and sieving of the raw materials, a bit like preparing a cake recipe. This step requires the utmost accuracy to ensure that the ingredients are perfectly weighed. Only in this way can we guarantee the quality and effectiveness of our end products.
2. Station: Vermischen – für optimale Homogenität der Nährstoffmischung
Nach dem Einwiegen und Sieben folgt das Vermischen der Rohstoffe, was der Arbeit eines Baustellenmischers ähnelt, konzipiert für optimale Homogenität der Mischung.
Unser Ziel ist es, in jeder Kapsel genau das ausgelobte Verhältnis der einzelnen Rohstoffe zu gewährleisten. Diese Präzision ermöglicht es uns, dir Produkte von unübertroffener Qualität und Wirksamkeit zu liefern.
3. Station: Verkapselung – Halbmanuelle Manufaktur, unser Herzstück
In unserer halbmanuellen Fertigung folgen wir streng dem Reinsubstanzenprinzip, frei von technisch notwendigen Zusatzstoffen wie Binde- und Trennmitteln, Schmiermitteln oder Magnesiumstearat, welche die Bioverfügbarkeit beeinträchtigen könnten. Dieser Ansatz garantiert die optimierte Bioverfügbarkeit, Verträglichkeit und Wirksamkeit unserer Produkte.
Der Prozess beginnt mit dem Einlegen der halben Kapselhüllen in den ersten Ring. Das Rohstoffpulver wird manuell eingefüllt und eingestrichen. Ein zweiter Ring mit der anderen Kapselhälfte wird aufgesetzt, und die Maschine verbindet beide Teile durch einen präzisen Steckmechanismus. Die fertigen Kapseln werden sorgfältig in Behälter gefüllt und entstaubt.
Menschliche Sorgfalt: Jeder Produktionsschritt wird von Hand ausgeführt – echte Handarbeit von Menschen für Menschen.
4. Station: Abfüllen – Präzision und Qualitätssicherung
Im Abfüllprozess werden die Kapseln über ein Förderband transportiert, automatisch gezählt und in Dosen abgefüllt, typischerweise 30-60 Kapseln pro Dose für eine Monatspackung. Ein Originalverschluss wird aufgebracht und ein Lichtblitz signalisiert das Aufkleben des Etiketts. Jedes Etikett trägt einen QR-Code, der wichtige Informationen wie das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum (MHD), die Chargennummer und Details zur Produktseite enthält.
Qualität ist nicht gleich Qualität
Direkte Qualitätssicherung:
Jede Dose wird von unseren Mitarbeitern sorgfältig kontrolliert und für den Versand vorbereitet. Die Produkte gehen jedoch nicht direkt in den Handel oder in den Online-Shop, da sie zuerst einer umfassenden Inhouse-Qualitätssicherung unterzogen werden. Diese ergänzt die Wareneingangskontrolle, Hohlmaßmessung und diverse Quality-Checkpoints während der Produktion.
Externe Prüfungen:
Standardmäßig senden wir von jeder Charge jedes Produkts Proben an das LEFO Institut, wo unabhängige Tests auf Verunreinigungen, Pestizide, Schwermetalle und mehr durchgeführt werden. Diese Tests sind freiwillig und gehen über die gesetzlichen Anforderungen hinaus. Zusätzlich werden regulatorische Standardprüfungen durchgeführt, darunter die Überprüfung der Deklaration, Verkehrsfähigkeit, Nährstoffgehalte pro Kapsel, Mikrobiologie und mehr.
Langzeitüberwachung:
In unserem Rückstelllager bewahren wir 2-3 Produkte jeder Charge für drei Jahre auf. Diese Proben werden nach 3, 6 und 12 Monaten sowie weiteren Intervallen auf Wirkstoffgehalt und Stabilität getestet.
